I am not sure if these foot pads really work but I like using them. I peeled out the backing from the pad and applied on the arc area of the foot. I had to be really careful because if I messed up I had to reapply or it wouldn't stick on. I also put on a pair of socks so it wouldn't come off during the night. I remove it in the morning and I can see all the toxins it collected. The pads do not help with foot pain though.
