This stuff works. I have quite a consistent diet so when I ran out of these pills for a weeks or so, I noticed my stools getting significantly harder, packed if you will. After receiving my most recent order of these and getting them back into my system, my stools come out soft and dissolve or fall apart rather easily in the toilet. TMI? I don't think so. If it's breaking food down this well in my body, I'm going to feel better about wastes not collecting in my body and causing potential serious illnesses. For reference, I take 2 tablets daily. One in the morning or noon with breakfast or lunch, the other with my dinner. I'm very happy with the overall results, I just wish the price was a little better because my 2 tablet a day regimen makes this a two week only supply. Still 5 stars from me.

Thought this would be one of the many supplements my husband likes to try without obvious benefits but I was wrong this time. Over the last 3 months his severe toenail fungus is gradually improving-they we’re almost black, now the color is slowly returning to normal healthy toenails. I had actually never taken a probiotic before, by my wife began taking some for some health issues she was having, when I saw it doing the work to repair leaky gut, I though, "My gut needs some good probiotics as I am trying to get back into shape!" And this have definitely done the trick, not only is my gut feeling more healthy, but I am also see increases in energy and stamina for running!
