Want a less expensive nerve soothing medication? Here it is.
In looking at the ingredient list for the prescription and costly OTC medications for nerve pain and memory loss, a couple of ingredients always seem to come up: Alpha Lipoic Acid and Choline/Inositol. I have been taking Choline and Inositol as a combination for years and they have kept my memory very sharp. It only makes sense as acetylcholine is the neurotransmitter in the brain. Give it a good supply and you'll be thankful. More recently, after having surgery on my knee, my balance was affected. My neurologist suggest Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA) so I started taking it. Sure enough, the combination not only improved my balance, it reduced the pain I have been having for a long time due to spinal cord surgery in my neck. LIFE CHANGING FOR NEUROPATHY
Absolutely great product! Must have if you have neurophasy in your feet. This vital supplement Alpha Lipoic Acid will make the difference. Easy on the stomach. I take it in the morning and at night. I have taking since December of 2025 dramatic results. It's improved walking and also sleeping for my feet and hands. In closing nothing else I took worked except this supplement for neuropathy in my feet

This does seem to help with neuropathy. I use with Lions Mane caps 600 mg. and it works better.

I am impressed and no brain fog!!
I am very impressed! This supplement quiets the pain in my foot (an L5 lumbar issue) to the point that I can work on dumping my walker, try to use a cane again and surely walk normally and once more drive a car. Yes, I am that impressed. There is no brain fog as Gabapentin is famous for. And it is not addictive. The bottle reads a dose of 2 capsules. I take 2 caps every 6 hours or so and 2 before bed. That's what works for me.
