Can this jar hold 2.46 lbs of laundry pods?

Probably... and the seal makes them stay fresh and delicious so you can just pop one in your mouth weeks after purchase and they taste as good as the first time you opened the container.

Can this jar hold 10lbs of sugar or flour?

I can get a 5lb bag in mine if I make it settle as I go

Are these jars dishwasher safe?

i would assume so - they are glass. I would put in the top rack because of the rubber seal. I have not put mine in the dishwasher - but they have been washed with hot soapy water several times
