Extremely slow 10Gb SFP to 2.5Gb POE unmanaged switch. Good 8x10Gb SFP managed.
The first review is for the 10Gb SFP to 2.5Gb POE unmanaged switch: Having 10Gb SFP up and 2.5Gbe WiFi down, only got actual 8Mbps speed, while getting 800Mbps in the same setup with a similar switch from a different maker. Tested 2 units, with the same results, so had to return both. Unsure what the problem was. Both up and down connection were apparently good. Appears to be well solid made. The second review is for the 8x10Gb SFP managed L3 switch: To see the English menue, select the second choice at the bottom on the login screen in Chinese. Some 10Gb SFP devices or cables are not automatically recognized and need to be configured manually in Switch/ports/10Gb SFP options. To setup in the web interface, connect a PC to one of 10Gb SFP ports using an Ethernet adapter, configured properly to use the 192.168.10.* network which is the default of the adapter. All the info for the login is on the sticker. The attached paper manual is minimalistic but not really needed.

I don't think it's POE Plus
Frequent drops of my Unify Access Point which drops off all my printers. I don't think this is really POE+. The bottom of the switch also doesn't say PLUS - just POE. I think the advertising of this is just plain wrong. If you got to have the +, I suggest looking elsewhere.

Latency issues
There seems to be a problem with the 10gbe ports with intermittent disconnects and packet loss.
