Gymnastics must have
My kid loves this. It helps with her training and flexibility. Great materials easy to use no problems.

Easy setup
Pretty easy to setup. Unlike other brands, this one only has 1 door anchor. Others have 2. I hooked up 2 over the door hooks for convenience. No need to use the door anchor.

Great for improving flexibility and posture.
If you like this review please vote it as helpful and check out my other reviews. First let me explain how to use it. You take the black stopped and put it at the top of the door and close the door with it on the other side. You then place your back on the black padding on the bottom of the harness and lean back as the stopper on the door will hold and support your full weight. It does have an adjustable strap to set it to what is comfortable to you based on your height and flexibility. The black padding is very comfortable and doesnt hurt your back at all. The pink colour of it is very vibrant and a great accessory for any budding gymnast. The price is fantastic for what you get also. I would absolutely reccomend this to anyone looking to improve flexibility and posture.

Great product
My daughter loved using this for practicing back bends/bridge . It helped massively and she can now do these unaided but still uses this to do other exercises! Very useful and secure!
