I love this Clear Whey Isolate Protein Powder in Blue Raspberry! It tastes super refreshing and isn’t too sweet. I work out multiple times a week, and this powder really helps with recovery. The 24g of protein and 5.5g of BCAAs reduce my muscle soreness, and the 150mg of caffeine gives me a nice energy boost without jitters. Major bonus, it doesn’t upset my stomach if I happen to forget breakfast.It’s sugar-free and only 100 calories per serving, like how good can it get?. It mixes easily with water, I even add ice for more deliciousness. Definitely recommend giving Whey Up a try!

Taste is good but this does not mix well even in the smoothy blender it makes a big jelly lump that does not dissolve, the foam takes about a hour to dissolve but that happens with all the protein powders so I mix mine a day ahead, the jelly lump remains no matter how you mix it

The only reason why this is given two stars is because it has a decent amount of protein. The flavor is absolutely awful and it does not mix/dissolve. Just one big clumpy mess, and when you do shake it to mix, the foam is just out of this world. All around a bad purchase and non returnable. Will not recommend and we'll never buy again. What a waste of money.

I am always trying out new products, I remember seeing this some time ago and just passed. I am glad I finally made the purchase. Great flavor and price. I have had some that are just so gross I have thrown them out. the only slight concern I have or maybe say had was the foam. The first time I shook it I went crazy to make sure there would be no clumping and found the foam took FOREVER to go down, like half an hour, but there were no clumps. The second time I went a bit easier on the shaking and found the foam to be of normal consistency and went down faster. I use another brand that goes down very quick but for the price and flavor I can live with it. AND FOAM WILL OCCUR NO MATTER WHAT BRAND YOU USE! So overall based on flavor and value I am giving it 6 STARS BUT THAT WAS NOT AN OPTION!

If they didn't raise the price so much I'd be a regular consumer.

It was a good protein powder with amino acids, The taste was decent but it didn't mix too well so I won't be buying it anymore

I use this product before/during my workouts, and it gives me the perfect little boost to get me moving and pumped up during my workouts. Love this product, and will definitely continue purchasing !
