When there is low humidity, I get very bad headaches when my nose becomes very dry. The product description is correct in that saline solution seems to dry my nose even more. It provides a moment of relief and that is all. This nasal spray does burn only the first couple of times after not using it while the air is dry. The burning sensation does subside for me after a few uses. The relief from headaches is immense. It travels with me, and it's at my desk. I am happy to have found this, based on my doctors recommendation.

My husband has struggled with sinus congestion and pressure for years, and after trying countless nasal sprays, Xlear has become his absolute favorite. It’s the only one he can use routinely that provides fast, effective relief while still being gentle and natural. He noticed an immediate difference after the first use. It makes it much easier to breathe while also feeling soothing. Other sprays he’s tried in the past left his nose dry or irritated, but Xlear does the job without any discomfort. If there’s a downside, it’s the strong scent of the essential oils, which might not be for everyone. However, he finds it invigorating and feels it’s part of what makes this spray so effective. We’re now familiar with all the different sprays Xlear offers, and he uses them as needed depending on his symptoms.
