Effective without giving you bad cramps or loose bowel movements. Tea is not bitter, soothing and pleasant to drink. Helps in the morning when taken before bed time. I feel like it could be safe to drink when traveling.

This works!
Amazing! I began taking Zepbound (GLP-1) a month ago which seriously slows down digestion. I very quickly got backed up. I hate taking laxatives. A friend recommended this. It is so gentle.
