I didn't end up needing these for my install as my LED headlights are a fanless light-weight style. But I can see these adapters being useful for the larger styles that have cooling fans,Construction is just stamped sheet metal bent in a particular way. All 4 adapters look exactly the same. Packaging was just a plastic bag - don't think these would get damaged so no concern there.

Helps to install H7 LED bulb securely using clip
This is for "Bittwee H7 Led Adapter, 4 pcs Auto Led Headlight Retainer, Stainless Steel Led Adapter Holders Retainers Socket Base, Heat Resistance H7 Led Bulb Holders for Regal, Excelle and More (4PCS)"Sturdy metal adapters for the H7 LED bulbs that have a side connector due to fan placement. To install, for some of the LED bulb designs, the shroud below the LEDs can be removed without tools, others require removing a tiny screw. Install this adapter followed by the shroud (as shown in listing pictures). Then you'll be able to use the factory clip to securely install the LED bulb.
