Made such a difference, give the extra support to my elbows as suffer from tennis elbow.Saw a lot of comments regarding coming up small. So double checked my measurements and as was in-between sizes went for the larger size and fit great

I recently bought a pair of Nordic Lifting elbow sleeves and also knee sleeves to help with my weight lifting. I'm following the 5 x 5 Stronglift program which requires heavy lifting 3 times a week including exercises such as dead lifts, squats, bench press and military press etc. After several weeks of this program I was starting to get soreness in my elbows and after watching a few youtube videos of professional lifters I decided to invest in some protection. I considered cheaper products but decided to pay a bit extra in the hope of getting a good quality product that would last. I was not disappointed. The Nordic sleeves are of exceptional quality, great fit as per the size guide and a very comfortable fit. They provide a good amount of support and keep your elbows and knees warm during the workout which is helpful to prevent injury. They are very easy to slip on and off which is a major advantage over wraps. I'm glad I bought these and would recommend to anyone for weight lifting or other sports requiring joint support. Nordic contacted me soon after my purchase just to check I had received them and was happy with them, seems like good customer service.

Ordered double xl, wouldn't even work as wrist straps. Not sure if they mixed up the sizes or are genuinely marking straps that you can't get past your hands as double xl but I'm currently using XL elbow straps from another brand that fit perfectly

I rate the product. But I bought size small , when I probably should have bought medium. But I only bought these because there's a huge price difference between small , medium, large etc. But it still does the job. Just a little tight yo get on & off. But no major worry. It comes with a neat little case which I kept. I'll probably buy medium when I've put on more size. Bought small because it's so cheap in price & only had a very low budget on this occasion. But they are strong & durable. Seem to be well made. Would recommend but by the larger sizes. Luckily I just about fit these on my upper arms being slimmer at the moment. But as I grow bigger, then I'd have to buy bigger sized one's.

I bought these sleeves 6 months ago. They are considerably more expensive than most sleeves on Amazon. However they do feel premium. The material is robust but soft and it provides great compression and support. I have been experiencing elbow pain when I started trying to lift heavier weights and these sleeves have been crucial. Basically I wear them almost on a daily basis and they have helped a lot in reducing the pain and helping me to progress with the weights.A few days ago I noticed that the padding of one of the sleeves started to split. As they were still in warranty I contacted the seller through Amazon and within a few hours a replacement pair were sent to me. I received them the next day! Communication from the seller was fantastic and very professional! Overall very pleased and well worth the investment!

Sent back very uncomfortable

Bought due to elbow tendon pain. I measured my elbow around at 30cm/12" approx give or take a smidge and went with an XL - sat on my couch the fit is about right i would say, not too tight not too loose, a Large would definitely have been too small. A bit concerned they may be too tight towards the end of a workout when muscles are pumped so will have to see how it goes with them i guess - since writing this i have had no issues with the size but do recommend taking them off immediately after your workout.

Feeling slightly disappointed I ordered these and the knee supports, the knee supports came with a massive rip in them to which the company did replace straight away , I have now use the elbow supports for a whole 7 days to which I have noticed the stitching is now coming away , I picked these because they wasn’t cheap and thought they would be of good quality, they do give good support but for how long is the question
