Book was useful for the class, but instructor tended to base the class on lecture far more than the book. However, the book served its purpose.

I like the fact that this book is intact and contains all the pages necessary for my class. The book is much more used than i expected, with a heavily taped over cover and already highlighted pages, but it serves its purpose, so it is okay. I really feel it should have been cheaper for the shape it's in.

Fortunately my instructor was wonderful and this book was interesting. I believe the book is worthy of remaining in the "go to section" of my bookshelf. I know I will use it later.

I don't keep many textbooks anymore, and I HATED this class, but this book is amazing. It has great resources, examples and templates to work with.

Bought for class. Decent for technical writing guides. It includes pretty basic templates for everything under the sun as far as professional and technical writing. Explains everything very well, but the layouts and examples are very typical and boring. Perfect for technical writers, not so applicable to someone like a designer.
