Cressi Quantum + Itaca Ultra Dry Combo - Snorkelling Combo Set

I've been diving and snorkelling for years and Cressi have been my main go to vendor when it comes to a lot of their equipment especially masks so when I had the opportunity to order this Quantum and Itaca Combo set I jumped at it and I certainly haven't been disappointed.Firstly when I received them I was impressed by the quality of the materials used and the overall look, feel and comfort when I'd adjusted the straps and tried them on. The mask is easy to adjust, fits really well and the skirt made from soft silicone provides a really good seal. The only thing I'm not keen on is the bag they come in and whilst it is somewhere you can store them it's not great but if you're a regular user you'll probably have better kit bags to store and carry them and I also personally prefer hard cases for my masks.I recently got to try them out in earnest and I must say they performed really well, especially from an anti fogging perspective as this mask really does a good job of staying clear throughout use, of course I do perform the essential spit and rinse on the lenses before use but afterwards they were perfect. Throughout use the seal worked well and the mask was extremely comfortable. The large "bug eyed" lenses also give a great field of view.The Itaca snorkel is also quite impressive and the dry guard seal works quite well in sealing the tube once you submerge and the purge valve is good for getting rid of any water that does get in. The clip is easy to attach to the mask and the flexible lower part of the tube makes it easy to stay out of the way when not in use during a dive.Overall I'm quite impressed with this set and it's a great addition to my kit. Highly recommended

I had the chance to test this transparent Cressi Quantum + Itaca Ultra Dry Combo snorkelling set on two different occasions recently and that convinced me that it is one of the best sets I ever tried so far. The fit is simply amazing. The field of view is a bit wider than my previous snorkelling set, especially for the lower side of the mask.The fit is very comfortable but it doers not leak any water. The mask is adjustable and after testing it with my partner, it seems the no-leak experience is maintained regardless of face shape or head size.The fog protection promise is equally impressive and I have noticed considerable reduction in steam around the mask area.In sum, I can't go wrong by recommending this mask. It's simply fantastic.

There aren’t really any diving masks on the market at the moment that hold a candle to the Quantum when it comes to Cressi’s anti-fog technology, it really does work marvellously well and the first time your wear one your blown away by how good it is!The overall quality of everything is very good indeed. Both the mask and snorkel are well-made, they use good quality materials and they’re finished to a high standard throughout.The mask fits well over my face and feels quite comfortable to wear. it’s also super easy to adjust and get the perfect fitment.I go snorkelling 3-4 times a year and my first trip isn’t till May, but I do have a friend with an indoor pool, so I gave it a try there to see how it well it works, and it’s a very impressive kit. So many companies claim to have anti-fog masks, but they never seem to work well, this Naxos mask truly is. Not only do you get a sort of heatsink above your eyes to help regulate temperature inside the goggles but the hot air you exhale along with the moisture is kept away from the lenses helping it to stay clear.The Itaca snorkel is another excellent product, I really like the ergonomic mouthpiece which is comfortable to use and the fact its angled helps reduce jaw tiredness. You can quickly expel unwanted water using the purge valve and the adjustable clip keeps it securely attached to the mask.I gave the mask a good clean with some washing up liquid and a used, but soft kitchen sponge. I don’t believe they are treated with chemicals but it’s always good practice to give masks a clean before using them.Overall, I’m a big fan of Cressi and this Quantum/Itaca kit continues my enthusiasm for their products as they work brilliantly. If you can get them both for around £100 then I feel it represents good value for money for what you are getting. It’s a product I’m more than happy to recommend and I feel its easily worth the full five stars, buy with total confidence!

This snorkel set is fantastic. The mask gives me an amazingly clear view underwater, and thanks to the dry top, not a single drop of water has seeped into the snorkel. The quality feels top-notch – this seems like gear I can use on snorkeling adventures for years to come.

I bought my original Cressi mask and snorkel around 10yrs ago and had no complaints. However, now having now upgraded to this, it fits more comfortably and snug - due to softer louvered silicone around the face and also is far less likely to fog/mist. The changes in the snorkel are less dramatic, but nice to now have a float activated shut off to help prevent water ingress when under the surface.

This snorkelling set is perfect for beginners. It is easy to put on and take off, it doesn’t hurt my face or skin. Safe and secure to use while swimming in the sea. Beautiful colour, modern design. Lightweight and durable material. Very good quality.

This snorkeling set from Cressi is very comfortable for me and my partner, with quite different head and face shapes - quality is substantially better than cheaper options. The mask provides a large field of vision which will be ideal for snorkelling holidays when exploring the waters. So far I've just tested it at home and the pool, but it will definitely be making its way on holiday with us later in the year!

Lorsque je vais en vacances l’été, je vais très souvent de la petite plongée en bord de mer et je dois avouer que ce masque tuba fait bien son travail !Bien souvent, j’avais de l’eau qui rentrait dans le masque et bien avec celui-là, c’est du passé ! Pas une goutte d’eau !Il n’est pas question non plus d’avoir de la bué cela m’apporte donc une qualité de vision lorsque je fais de la petite plongée !La qualité du masque est correcte !Il adhère bien et ne fait pas mal, pas de trace de serrage. Il est confortable et n’est pas très lourd, c’est donc assez agréable !Pour les fans de petites plongées en bord de mer, c’est excellent !

L'ensemble est composé d'un masque et d'un tube, l'équipement idéal pour observer le fond marin tout en restant en surface.Le masque assure son effet antibuée et est surtout confortable. Son étanchéité est bien au rendez-vous.La vision du masque est large, c'est très appréciable.Quant au tuba, grâce au clapet intégré, il me permet de respirer sans craindre que l'eau ne pénètre dedans.C'est un set de qualité et sécurisant.
