Microphone is unreliable
The video is fine, and I like that it has a privacy cover, but whenever I have a video call, the other person complains that the sound cuts in an out and they frequently have trouble hearing me. Given that this is a fundamental requirement of a mic/webcam, this thing is essentially useless

This is a great piece of kit. Better than those small plastic webcams that break after a couple of zoom calls. This one feels solid and has a good speaker. The mic sounds a bit echoey on playback but is fine for work.
