Ditto other users concerns with the software and installation, beyond that its pretty usable for programming the device. I'm not using this for streaming so can't advise there but it works well for media controls, hotkeys, etc.Definitely glad I tried this and not a $130 device as this is fine for my needs.

I ordered this thinking it would be a reasonably priced alternative to the Stream Deck from El Gato. Looks really pretty when you get it, but there's one major problem. You cannot get the software for it. I'll include a picture of where it says to get the software.When you try to get to the address, your AV will light up like it's the 4th of July. Booted up a VM to test safely, and even if you bypass the malware warnings, the URL itself is actually a dead end. No download.Did some searching, and the software simply doesn't seem to exist.Again, do NOT buy this! At best, it just doesn't work. At worst, it's loaded with malware.Update: After a lot of searching, I was able to locate an alternate source for the driver software. I still do not recommend this product due to the questionable nature of their driver distribution, but it's up to you.Update to the update: The company reached out to me about my review and provided me with proper software for the device directly. I ran the software through a slew of security checks and it was flagged by only a single provider out of 68. This result can easily be thrown out as a likely false positive, so this software is clean. I replied to them via email, recommending that they fix the URL listed in the manual and put this software package there instead. In addition, I recommended they use a URL that doesn't scream malware.Having been able to use the deck a bit now, I do SOMEWHAT recommend it. It DOES function with OBS, as well as your computer in general. For example, you can program your favorite websites into it and go to them with a single button press. You can program specific software into it, and launch it with a button press. I also appreciate the system info on the side (CPU Utilization, Temperature, RAM usage). If the company fixes the issues with the initial customer experience, this will turn into a 5 star review and device. For now, it remains a 4 star with the caveat that you may or may not be able to get ahold of the software as of the writing of this review.Note: If you DO want to access the URL in the manual, use Edge. Do not try to use Chrome. Google's default malware detection system will block the access. Again, this is as of the writing of this update.

I wanted a cheap alternative to a Stream deck for gaming at home.This device checks all the boxes! Hotkey assignments - Volume Control - System monitoring - Application Deployments - you can do pretty much anything with it that you can do with a keyboard and mouse with one button.The right side panel is only monitoring and leaves some space that could be filled but works just fine.The difficulty setting this up was admin rights. Still not sure why it needs admin rights or comes up as "System Monitor" when starting. This raises MANY red flags from the IT world.During setup it also asks for permission to punch a hole in your firewall. I declined this because I have no clue why an input device would need to reach out on a dedicated hole in the firewall. I have yet to experience an issue with declining this.I did experience an issue where custom icons rotated 90 degrees. This was resolved by just re-starting the program.4 Stars but 10/10 recommended. Missing one star for Admin Rights to start the software, the sketchy System Monitor name, and wanting a Firewall exception.I will update to 5 stars if updated or given an explanation of these issues.*PLEASE NOTE* that even with my 4 star rating, I have not discovered any concerns of malware so far. This product is using the same software as other off-brand similar devices on the market.

It nice price and it is a nice color too but don't get it because it won't work for the OBS system period

Support for anything outside of OBS Studio is missing, huge miss for anyone wanting for game streaming. Unusable for my needs returned and Elgato Stream Deck purchased. Additional features missing from this product's software that is readily available in Elgatos. Not worth saving money to go with third party.
