If this is lavender simple syrup. Why the vanilla extract?

hiya...i've used up my bottle so cannot be 100%, but am pretty sure it's made in california.....you could call or email them directly to verify.

The reviews all talk about lavender simple syrup. i only want vanilla simple syrup to use in pear drop cocktails. is this vanilla or lavender or bot

I would say this is truly vanilla. I have previously purchased Sonoma Syrup Co simple syrup in spearmint flavor & received exactly that. Hence my review referred to that flavor of syrup.

Will this mix with just water, as I would just like to flavor water?

I have mixed it with mineral/sparkling water with great success (makes for a great lavender Italian soda) but never just tap water....though in theory it would work just as well but without bubbles.
