I’ve been using the Green Soul Vision Pro for a few weeks now, and it’s a great chair for long hours of gaming and work. The leatherette feels premium, the 4D armrests are adjustable in every way I need, and the reclining feature is super relaxing. The integrated footrest is a nice bonus. Installation was quick and professional. Overall, a solid and comfortable chair with great build quality.

⭐☆☆☆☆ — Extremely Disappointed with Green Soul Quality I bought this Green Soul chair expecting premium quality and durability, but within just around one year the stitching has already started coming out from the seat. This is completely unacceptable for a chair in this price range. The fabric quality feels very poor and cheap. Not only this, the hydraulic system also keeps giving problems from time to time. Sometimes the height adjustment does not work properly, and overall the chair already feels worn out way too early. A gaming/office chair should easily last several years, not start falling apart in barely a year. The worst part is that customer trust is completely broken when basic stitching and hydraulic issues appear so soon. It clearly shows poor quality control and weak materials being used by Green Soul. Very disappointed with this purchase. I expected durability, comfort, and reliability, but instead got fabric damage, loose stitching, and hydraulic problems. Definitely not worth the money. I request Green Soul to provide a proper resolution immediately because this kind of product quality is not acceptable at all.

I purchased this chair for ₹14,000 using an Axis Card offer, and overall, it has been a satisfying experience. Initially, the pillow was missing in the delivery, but the company promptly resolved the issue by shipping it to me after I submitted a query. The chair's design and materials are excellent, with vibrant colors and a high-quality fabric. I chose this chair over The Sleep Company's XGen Gaming Chair, which features leatherette upholstery. After discussing with my father, I opted for fabric material due to its superior long-term durability. The chair is exceptionally comfortable, making it ideal for extended use, and its recline feature allows adjustments up to 180 degrees. The gas lift mechanism operates smoothly, and the chair is convenient to use in my bedroom, positioned beside my bed. After sitting for prolonged periods, I occasionally experience discomfort, but the chair's ergonomic design provides good support. To address the occasional soreness, I am considering purchasing The Sleep Company’s chair cushion to enhance comfort further. The only downside I’ve noticed is with the armrests. While they are highly adjustable, they tend to shift out of position with minimal effort, which can be inconvenient plus are a bit wobbly.(see video)
