It's hard to know if these are exactly the reason why I no longer have the issues I was having, but I know for certain that before I started using this stuff I was having those issues and since using them, I do not. Several years ago out of nowhere I started experiencing a lot of dry and itchiness in that special zone. I went to a doctor who told me "yeast infection" and put me on the pack, as well as gave me some other meds to fix it. Seemed to work, but it wasn't too long before it was back. I wanted to really try and flush any toxins out. From there I went off for a little while and I think I only did it after my period for 3 days in a row. Fast forward to almost 2 years later and I feel much better. I have noticed that the feeling does return about a week or two before my period, but it no where near as bad, nor does it last. I am sure that has to do with a hormonal imbalance because of the time it happens, but I use these after sex or my period and they work great at keeping me regular. I remember a customer review I read when purchasing that compared these to a dishwasher packet haha, pop one in and it cleans overnight, that is really quite accurate for this product, so if you are looking for something to try without a script and the hassle, I would recommend these.

My husband got a vasectomy for me, and that's awesome. But his pH is more than double what mine should be.
