This is a nice shirt, it is true to size and comfortable. It is a good layering piece but you might need a warmer one if it is the only thing that you are wearing is a super cold area.

These are great as a base layer under sweaters and vests for those who don't want the bulkiness of traditional cotton blend turtle or mock necks.

I had been looking for just tops but had no luck finding them in brick and mortar stores over the past couple of years. This year I kept seeing complete sets of long johns. I have liked these for a while now the fit is great, okay the odor protection doesn't really work but as a base layer that wicks and keeps you warm it does its job.

I’m mature male, 5-9, 156-158lbs, and wear a size 15-15.5” neck on shirts. But this medium is so tight it literally feels like I’m choking! The overall fit is comfortable and just loose enough for my slightly muscular build. The neck stretches enough to get it on, but is so uncomfortable I can’t wear the medium.

I wear this beneath my uniform and vest to keep me warm!
