The laptop came in good condition, except that the bottom cover has some paint removed because a sticker was removed. Battery life is decent, keyboard and display are perfect. Meets my expectation. Worth to buy.

I will most likely return this item. The USB 3.0 ports both have a bad connection and that’s what I need

I purchased this Dell laptop on June 30, 2026 and it was delivered July 3rd. I realize that this is a refurbished laptop, however when I tried to connect an external monitor it did not work. Since the information listed on the seller’s page said that a one year’s manufacturer warranty comes with the unit, I contacted Dell Refurbished to find out if I could get repairs. Dell Refurbished told me that since I had purchased through Amazon, I would have to contact the seller. The seller says they will only issue a refund and that I have to contact Dell for any warranty repairs! All this sounds like a scam to me! Don’t believe the what you read on the seller’s page. There is no warranty through Dell. Dell will not honor the warranty through this seller or perhaps any seller’s page that says there is a warranty on the product. Buyer beware! Luckily I also purchased the service protection. I will contact them to see if it can be repaired through them!

Excellent condition and seems like a new laptop!

So far so good. I was delighted to find out it came with a touch screen. I definitely would not have listed as excellent condition with all marks on edges and bottom. But it was steal on laptop that costed $1600 a couple years ago.

Una de las mejores maquinas que he tenido, el equipo es potente, el multitarea es realmente bueno, la bateria le dura bastante, la pantalla es HD normal, pero buena para su precio, tiene sensor de rostro y la camara es realmente buena. la potencia y velocidad se sienten desde que la enciendes, el lector de huella es bastante bueno 10/10

Ok first the good. The laptop has the processor, ram, and other features described. Screen is good and the battery has about 80 percent life left. The not so good. The exterior shell looked good at first glance but it's because the peeling paint was covered up by a really poorly applied vinyl skin with wrinkles air bubbles and corners that were not set correctly. I feel like hiding cosmetic flaws with a vinyl wrap isn't very cool. I'm keeping it but it probably should have been sold at a lower tier of wear.

Estética con detalles pero nada que afecte el uso, hardware 100% lo publicado, le doy 4 estrellas porque me dió un susto inicial ya que no prendía, pero esto pasa cuando desconectan la batería, deben conectar un cargador original y enciende ya hecho esto las empaquetan y las mandan estuve apunto de regresarla.

En perfectas condiciones con cargador original dell

Recibí correctamente el producto, pero les informo que el procesador no es el que indica la publicación (i5-1245U) si no que es un i5-1235U (ligeramente más inferior) por si compran el producto buscando específicamente este procesador, de ahí en fuera todo me llegó correctamente y al momento en que escribo esto (justo después de configurar la laptop) no hay más problemas que reportar.
