Product is exactly what I was after. Bought mostly for making uniform cereal bars/flap jacks, but have just used to make some sponge cake bars using some left over cake mix. Mould was greased, and all cakes came out intact. The packaging was 'minimal' to say the least, which if nothing else, I guess is better for the environment. The moulds were sent in a single clear plastic heat-sealed bag, which I don't think was damaged, though I can imagine some being exposed in transit. I submerged the moulds in boiling water, and cleaned with hot soapy water before using. The Amazon page suggests it is made using BPA-free, LFGB-approved food-grade silicone.

Use these for making granola bars and they work really well hubby experimented making shortbread biscuits in them and they worked well for this too so quite versatile as can use either in oven or pop in fridge if using for cold stuff clean easily in the dishwasher too would recommend these as a good price compared to some

Great quality and fantastic for portioning out recipes,Making bars is so much easier than cutting up a slab. I have used for flapjacks, brownies and rice crispy treats.

The moulds were very useful. I was making honeycomb bars, and they were just the right size, and shape.However, after using them, I put them in the dishwasher. I took the out only to find they smelt of vomit. They are supposedly dishwasher safe, however I wouldn't recommend doing so, for this very reason.

The cake pans are really easy to use just remember to put on baking tray to put in oven as they are flexible . Everything I have baked in them ,quiche,cakes have turned out really well, I'm impressed.

Been making grain free granola bars for a while, using a granola recipe and just spoon it into these moulds and firm them down to make them a bit more solid. Key is not to bake them past when they first turn golden! Usually pour a spot of oil on a plate then use a silicone brush to quickly wipe around the inside of the little moulds then they pop out once cooled no problem not much washing up. Recommend.

Die Backmulden haben eine ideale Größe für die Herstellung von Müsliriegeln. Man kann die Riegel leicht aus der Form drücken, sie bleiben heil. Die Reinigung der Formen ist einfach, Wasser und Spüli genügt. Fazit: Die Formen sind ihr Geld wirklich wert, 5 Sterne.
