Tasty and great source of protein. My trainer told me I needed more protein in my breakfast, so I added this to my morning cup of coffee--along with a small muffin. (My trainer says to keep eating what you love!) I really like the taste. It's like eating a chocolate treat with my breakfast!

These are my favorite flavor for this bar. Unfortunately, it seems Amazon leaves them in overheated warehouses and they are terrible. When you buy them at Costco, they're great. When they come from Amazon, it's like they've melted and resolidified and lost all their flavor. These are great if you go buy them in person somewhere.
