Not very efficient, and leaves oily residue.
i usually use Simple's other eye make up remover that comes as a clear liquid, but decided to try this for a change. This works okay, but the creamy consistency of the product means that it ends up leaving my eyes feeling oily/greasy which I'm not a fan of. I'm also concerned that the residue could trigger spots, so I always end up using another product to remove the residue, which feels a bit like an unnecessary additional step.I feel the cream doesn't remove eye make up very efficiently, and it takes several passes to full get rid of all eye make up. Perhaps this would be better than other removers for waterproof products, but as I don't often use them I can't comment on this. However, the creamy consistency might be beneficial to those with dry skin around their eye area.I would personally not purchase this product again, but will continue to purchase Simple's other eye make up removers instead. I love the brand, but this specific product was disappointing.

Purchased A Years Supply !!
For some unknown reason, Simple have discontinued this eye make-up removal Cream ... and replaced it with a liquid version which is not anywhere near as good ( stings eyes, dries skin ) . So thank goodness, after 2 days searching, I was able to get one last supply ! Maybe in a years time, when it runs out again, Simple will have gone back to their original cream !

I don't really understand it - it just feels like basic white lotion. It takes off my makeup - sort of - but I could use any lotion to do so. Waste of money, to be honest.

Excellent skin friendly eye make up remover for dry skins
Arrived exactly on time. As my skin is getting mature and dry, I needed a cream eye make up remover. This worked very well without dragging or dragging the skin around the eyes and even dissolved my favourite waterproof navy blue eyeliner gel by Atelier Paris. No stinging either. Will purchase again as this eye make up remover has an excellent price point.

I have been trying for a long time to buy this, I have been into countless chemists, all to no avail, thought I would try Amazon, and to my delight there it was, and it is just as good as the last usual, thank you.

Used a different eye makeup remover for years but now discontinued so forced to venture into new territory. A pleasant surprise as I now have found a good replacement
