I was excited to try this. Unfortunately I can not get it out of the bottle because it came in one big clump. Most likely due to the heat. The capsule are stuck together and I am having trouble getting them out of the bottle.

Looks like it was made in someone's living room, total scam. Nothing online about them...I should've checked first. Product itself looks like arts and crafts project. Seller is a scam and doesn't returnsgs or take the item back.

The only thing I dislike about this product, it's probably the packaging and how to maintain the freshness of the capsule. All the pills are sticking together that its hard to separate them from each other. I normally wouldnt want to touch a pill not unless I swallow them right away. With this one, I have to stick my finger inside to try to separate 2 pieces from the group. It sucks because it will contaminate the other pills! Probably it needs a cotton balls inside to absorb moistures and prevent them from sticking to one another. Not sure if I have to order again..
