Amazing tv using this tv for 2 years 👏

The supplier was vey responsible !! We had issue with the display, called them for assistance !! We got replacement immediately.

The TV and its specs are great, offering similar performance to the LG C3 or Samsung Q80 at almost half the price. However, after just 6 months of use, the screen started to show yellow and purple patches. I filed a warranty claim, and Hisense customer care was quick to collect the TV from my home within 3 days. They confirmed a replacement would be ready in another 3 days, which was good. However, the seller (NEWBLUE) didn’t update me about the replacement. When I followed up with both Hisense and NEWBLUE, I was told by NEWBLUE that the replacement was out of stock. They didn’t offer any solutions and took days to respond. After contacting Hisense and Amazon several times, Amazon finally agreed to refund me when I returned the TV. I picked up my TV from Hisense and returned it. I would not recommend buying from the seller NEWBLUE.

This review is after 2 weeks of usage.. Purchase experience: Got it for 70k for prebooking on amazon. Excellent pricing for features offered Hisense support: Installation completed on the day of delivery. Responded after 4 days about extended warranty. Aftr 7 days support team called and provided tracking for firestick. Pre booking benefits: Got 4 years warranty and free 4k firestick. One has to show patience and follow up with Hisense for 4 years warranty and firstick both to be provided hisense only. Panel and build quality: 65 inch comes with IPS display. Panel contrast is excellent and viewing angles good. Build quality looks and feels premium. Picture modes & quality: Lots of picture modes available ranging from Dolby vision IQ, Dolby Vision day, Dolby vision night, HDR standard, HDR dynamic, HDR day, HDR night, filmmaker modes, Movie day, movie night etc etc.. and they actually work effectively and makes viewing experience great.. the quality of 4k is stunning and rest of upscaling works fine for most of contents. Sound: Good clarity of voice and bass is Ok Ok but supports dolby atmos and has eArc port through which dolby atmos supported sound bar can be attached and experience rich sound I hope TV will have longevity and trouble free as there are multiple cases of issues arasing from longevity of TV specially with panels issues.. will update review if any issues or viewing experience

Excellent product from Hisense. 1. Display. HDR picture quality stunning. Colours vibrant and slightly over saturated. But it's pleasant to watch. Crisp clear picture with more details. Treat to watch OTT content.This TV not meant for SDR content and as expected upscaling is average. 2. Sound Surprisingly 49w speaker system too good. Low bass but clear voice. 3. Vidaa OS With 3gb ram OS is light with all necessary OTT apps and fluent & fast. Personally very much impressed with vidaa in my first experience. Customer care call received regards fire tv stick, expected next week. Most of the negative reviews because of the pre booked offers fire tv & 4 yrs warranty. This mini led from Hisense truly doing magic in all aspects. Simply go for it . 14.10.23 As per pre booked offers, Received fire tv stick and reply confirmation for 4yrs warranty. Picture quality better than fire tv in vidaa. After 10 day's still this mini led impressed with picture quality. OTT contents, movies and cricket watching is very much loveable and sound also good.

On amazon, seller is claiming thAt its a Qled, but infact its a ULED but it does uses a Quantam dot Technology. Picture quality is very good and local dimming is also working very fine and one will see the deep blacks in dark scenes. One thing I noticed about it is that in super dark scenes like HERA MANDI on netflix, brightness goes off too much and if you increase the brightness manually in custom colors, then local dimming does not work well as it should in a full array LED. I also tested the same for a movie wednesday on netflix, it worked well after some custom adjustment. Rest the quality is fine. there was a delay in from Hisense for installation.

Update on 17th nov Have filed a complain at consumer forum for not sending the 4K Fire TV Stick Updated on 8th Nov Reducing the rating as yet to receive the fire TV stick. Also, while the picture quality is excellent, audio leaves much to be desired. Mismatch in volume between music and dialogues. Customer service is also extremely poor. Original Review Bought during the prebook period with 4 years warranty and free fire stick. Those complaining that Hisense is not honouring the prebook offers, kindly send them a mail. I did and got confirmation. Also regarding free fire stick, was clearly mentioned in the landing page that fire stick would be sent separately post product installation. The same was confirmed by Hisense executive. Now the review - 1. Great picture quality. A little bit of tinkering is required. 2. Sound is loud. But not that great. Can be substituted with by adding a sound bar. 3. Vidaa OS is fast. But some of the apps are not available. Waiting for fire stick so that the missing apps can be installed. 4. Built quality is decent. Looks premium. But the provided wall bracket is not good. Suggest to buy separately. 5. The remote is responsive. But instead of navigational arrow buttons, better layout should have been provided. Will update with more points later.

Really good TV- Provides excellent picture quality and good sound quality. Here is my experience with the TV so far. Not sure on peak brightness values however does not look like 1000 nits TV. Pros ----- - Excellent picture quality. - Good Audio quality for a TV - Colors are really good once the desired picture mode is opted. - Dark scene performance is ok, and blacks are ok for an IPS QLED. - Viewing angles are good. - build quality is good for the price range. Cons ------ - SD channel upscaling is average or below - In dynamic picture modes colors are oversaturated does not look natural. Once the desired mode is selected then the picture quality is amazing, and colors are more towards natural. - Grey tint and fogginess is noticable in dark scenes if watched in low light.
