Citizen Eco-Drive Promaster Nighthawk Men's Watch, Stainless Steel with Leather Strap, Blue

Purchased this watch as the first piece for my Son’s collection. He wants to follow in his father’s footsteps and start collecting watches.

This watch is simply awesome. One of the best pilot watches out there I think. Even though there is alot of stuff going on in the dial, the white hands make it easy to get the time at a glance. This is a flyer GMT style watch which is hard to find at this price. Usually caller or office GMTs are more this price point so thats pretty unique. If you have never owned one it Can be alittle tricky at first to set but once you do it, its easy. Very solid and functional. I bought a Citizen braclet to put on it as thats more my speed or just buy the version with it. But it's cool the have the matching strap in case I wana switch back. Definitely won't be disappointed

I own multiple Citizen Eco Drive watches. This one compares to the others very well. Materials and movement are beautiful and precise.

Firstly, the watch itself is great. The E6B rule print is small, but the knob to rotate it is concise and the rule is highly usable. Timekeeping shows no drift after several days. The case is appropriately sized.The item did not arrive in the box depicted. It seemed like an OEM Citizen box, but not the special plastic case shown in the product photos. The strap is very stiff, and even though it looks vented, that's just cosmetic. The back is unvented leather. After working it back and forth trying to soften it (gently -- I'm not a beast), the watch band started making a clicking when moved or pulled. Turns out I bent both the springbars by working the band. Very chintzy springbars. If I can bend them by pressing the leather band, a solid pull would surely tear them out completely.I snipped the springbars off, intending to replace the band anyway with something less stiff and more breathable. Product specs say 24mm band but this is WRONG. It is a 22mm lug width. Careful not to order the wrong band size.

thanks amazon for the USED watch. It was clearly not new when I received it. That said, it's a fantastic timepiece.

As others stated, the watchband is not the dark blue as advertized. Although it is a good looking band and I do not intend to change it.

Es un reloj muy bonito, la caja de acero y el cristal luce mucho me encanta que de dos zonas horarias (la forma de dar la segunda hora me gusto, muy ingeniosa para el día la manecilla en color amarillo y para la noche la manecilla color blanco) la correa para mi gusto de buena calidad y la hebilla quizá debió de ser mas gruesa pero nada que desmerezca el reloj!!!

El reloj tiene algunos problemas pequeños: cristal mineral que inevitablemente se va a rayar, regla de cálculo incómoda de usar, correa de piel incómoda y barata, y un mecanismo nada intuitivo para establecer hora y hora mundial. Pero casi nadie usa la regla de cálculo, la correa se puede cambiar (nada más no usen NATOs, porque es una pesadilla ponérselas) y una vez que uno se acostumbra al mecanismo, no es tan difícil ajustar la hora.Por lo demás, es un Eco-Drive que dura más de una década, tiene un diseño muy bonito y único, luminosidad excelente, resistencia al agua de 20 bar, fechador, hora mundial y una regla de cálculo funcional, si bien no muy cómoda de operar. Es excelente para el uso diario.
