I feel super organised now - love this product !! Okay so behind my utility room door leaned an assortment of brooms, aprons, mops, dustpans and brushes which meant that I could never really push the door fully open (too much rubbish behind the door!!) and every time you shut the door it all fell down and created a clatter and a mess that I had to prop back up again ! But then I installed this little beauty - MYSELF I may add - and it was super easy. The holder comes with a little bag that comes with plastic ruleplugs and screws, but as I have plasterboard walls I had to use special ruleplugs and screws - there are six screws to put in - left, right hand sides and middle - top and bottom - and it was very easy to measure to get it straight and then just screw in the screws - I actually only put in the left and right screws and its holding super strong to the wall and isn't going anywhere so unless you are planning to put in super heavy items, you may be also okay with skipping the middle set of two screws, but that's your judgement :) The actual holder is made of very sturdy, rigid plastic in a light grey/beige colour (not white as per the pic) and each of the broom holders adjust to the width of what it needs to hold via a moving 'ball' type of mechanism on one side versus a fixed side on the other, so the item to be held gets 'clamped' by the ball moving to accommodate the space available and is 'locked' into place - very clever and ensures an efficient fit for any size of broom/mop handle. There are handy 'pull out' hooks too that I have hung my aprons and dustpan and brush on - no more loitering on my floor for them now - and it also just about fitted a hoover extension nozzle, although to be fair its a bit tight, but it fitted with a bit of encouragement - not recommended though - but perfect for pretty much any broom/mop handle you can buy. Super easy to install, easy on the eye for a practical item and works well and is strong and easy to wipe clean. A huge tick and now I have a tidy utiity room. This seemed like a really good idea to tidy our understairs cupboard and stop the broom, mop etc falling out whenever the cupboard door is opened. I have installed it today and my first impressions are very good, the product seems well made, the plastic does look a little cheap (not fragile though) but as this will live under the stairs it doesn't bother me. The brooms/mops etc slide in and out of the holders easily but don't seem like they will fall out. The instructions are basic but if you have a drill and some very basic DIY skills it shouldn't be a problem fixing it to a wall, it took me about 15mins, you only have to drill some holes, put in raw plugs and screw the holder to the wall. The holder is fixed with 6 screws (screws and raw plug supplied) and they seem adequate, they are small but with 6 it should hold fine. It has has 6 quite handy hooks as well, from which we have hung a duster and few other light items, I wouldn't hang anything heavy from them though. Overall I am very pleased with this item, it has definately made our cupboard less cluttered, more organised and easier to get to the mop and brooms etc.Please note, I received this product at a discount in return for an honest, unbiased review.

This mop and broom holder is excellent for saving space and stopping clutter. It is very sturdy and is currently housing a mop, a broom, a spade, a garden fork and a rake. The hooks are also great for hanging useful things on, like the gardening gloves and the empty coal bucket without them being on the floor and getting in the way.It arrived within the time stated and was well packaged. the box is really useful too as it has the instructions on how to install the mop and broom holder as well as a picture of the item on the wall. You just need a spirit level and a drill. The mop and broom holder was really easy to install and it came with the wall plugs and screws that are needed to safely install it. The instructions on the side of the box are easy to follow and rather idiot proof too! The mop and broom holder itself is well made and the clever design means that each holder can fit most sized items with ease.Since it's been on the wall in the utility room I have had a lot more floor space and the room has been much less cluttered with everything up off the floor.
