Excellent condition looked like new refurbished phone even had a screen protector on

I’ve had this phone now for 10 months. It came very new looking but the battery life was sub-optimal and considerably below what was advertised as the guaranteed minimum. I contacted the seller and despite there apparently being a Amazon guarantee on the item, the seller told me that as I was outside of the 30 day usual limit (only just btw), I was not eligible for a refund. The most they could do was get me to send back the phone and they would ‘take a look at it’. This would leave me without any phone for probably somewhere in the region of 10-14 days, possibly longer because of the postal strikes. They refused to send me out a temporary phone so that I had something to use and to put my phone stuff onto it.Since then, (that was end of last year), the phone has got steadily worse. It runs very hot, so much so that I cannot use it at the same time as charging it for fear it might explode. Also, I am scared to charge it for long periods because of the heat, and so charge it in bursts to keep the heat levels safe. I can’t use the torch function for any length of time because it gets really hot and starts freezing. In fact it regularly freezes, runs very very slow and has weird glitches eg when I’m composing a message or a post, it suddenly starts deleting it and can’t be stopped. The freezing thing is a daily event.Recently it has started doing something really funky and seriously worrying; it goes into ‘unavailable’ mode. This is a random thing and not in any way related to putting in the wrong passcode. I’m actually at the point that I am terrified that at some point it will permanently lock me out! Today it locked me out for 1 hour - this was not as a result of any wrongly inputted passcode, just purely random. When I read up about this, should I get locked out permanently, the only way to remedy it is to wipe the phone and lose all data - so be really aware of this issue and back up regularly!This is all awful and not at all what should be expected from a phone that was touted as ‘renewed’. I was especially annoyed by all this because Amazon’s guarantee seems somewhat flimsy if you actually need to use it.Bad customer service!!!!!

Ordered Saturday morning, estimated delivery Wednesday 29th. It arrived before lunch on Sunday morning. Looks to be in great condition with no scratches etc, was a good price. Only real qualm I have is the battery health is on 81% but for the price it’ll do for now.

Not sure what to expect from a second-hand phone but it is as good as new. I was also concerned about setting it up as I no longer have access to the email address associated with that account but it couldn't have been simpler, just hold it beside my old phone, wait a few minutes and that it was it completely set up. The face recognition is new to me but it works just great regardless of whether I have glasses on or not, and even with a towel on my wet hair! I do miss the home button as a means of switching between apps, choosing to leave some running in the background or not, but that's a very minor quibble, I'm very happy indeed. Second-hand is the way for me from now on!

I have used Amazon refurbished for three phones. The first two were the same quality rating as this order, the first phone is still going strong, the second due to me sadly died. The second was an iPhone X, which was almost like new, perfect and the reason why I chose another iPhone X to replace was I liked the phone, system, etc and as a phone it's a great one. However the seller had the current phone I use down as one of the best ratings. It came with cosmetic damage which at first I thought to be serious but had this double checked and it was just cosmetic which I could live with as the phone is refurbished. However the phone does not work as it should, the battery overheats (the old one after two years and a literally almost dead battery did that but not at the beginning when it was still in excellent condition), I have trouble making outgoing calls and taking incoming calls which has been very bad when having to receive calls from the hospital (it was so bad on one occasion I had to call the hospital from landline because after three attempts the nurse couldn't give me important test results). Quite frankly the seller misled the consumer and the product was advertised wrongly on rating. Be careful of seller.

Deze iphone zou ik niet aanraden hij is trager dan een budjet samsung telefoon. En zeer fragile na 1 week was het glas aan de achterkant al gebroken van een zeer kleine val.Er kwamen ook blinde vlekken op het scherm zowel rode vlekken als zwarte vlekken. Het internet houd hij niet goed aan ten opzichte van andere telefoons. Niet kopen zou ik zeggen!

Das gelieferte Handy hatte im Prinzip keine Gebrauchsspuren, funktionierte einwandfrei, hatte ein original Display und die Akku-Diagnose von 100%. Das war ein guter Deal, so muss das sein :)

Il telefono è pari al nuovo, per il momento tutto ok, non presenta alcun tipo di usura, contento dell'acquisto e della affidabilità di Amazon, che controlla accuratamente i prodotti prima di rimetterli in vendita.
