I was delighted with this in every respect. Holds a laptop and lots of categories of papers without looking bulky.

I needed something fairly substantial for work which also looks good. This ticked all the boxes, was exactly as described in the advertisement. It has lots of useful compartments, is very study and looks professional. Extremely good quality leather. Came the day after ordering - very impressed!

This gets 5 stars from me the quality and look were just what we were looking for

Updated feedbackMy bag is just coming up 2 years old and the metal ring has snapped, I have never had anything more than paperwork in it and don't use it to carry around a laptop but despite this it snapped. I have found the supplier really quite unhelpful and they are telling me this could be due to wear and tear? how would a steel ring on a shoulder bag be subject to wear and tear?
