**Q: Does it contain alcohol? Or will it turn to alcohol over time?**
A: Hi it’s alcohol free. It has a long use by date so very much doubt it could ferment   Hope this helps I drink in boiled water. Very refreshing and lovely mixed with lemon juice drizzled over a Salad.

**Q: The nutritional values are per gram. How many calories are there per 100ml?**
A: Have no idea but won't be many

**Q: Can the Seller please reply - What are the storage instructions on the bottle after opening, in the fridge or not?**
A: I never store mine in the fridge and it’s fine. Needs to be stored in a cool dry place !
