Unlike the regular plug model this USB plug model is noisy. I'd prefer the older model.

My cat loves to splash his water. I have gone through 5 different fountains but he always makes a mess. With this one I was able to finally get him to stop making a mess!!!!It is also by far the most quiet one I’ve had.

I bought this in July 2022 and it's still working great. I have let it run out of water many times and it still works. It's easy to take apart and clean. It doesn't get that dirty inside at all. I never expected it to last this long.

Our cat tips all water fountains over, so we bought this one since it says it's non-tippable. The next day he figured out how to take the top and water spout out and made a giant puddle mess on the floor. We had to return it. It didn't tip over but he was still able to make a mess.

Well made, easy to put together, instructions perfect, no noise at all, my cat is afraid of everthing, but she investigated and starting using this fountain within a half day. Highly recommend this product.
