I ordered two boxes of the shoe storages. One box everything was new and properly packed with instructions and accessories. The items in the other box were not packaged, no instructions or accessories, and visible signs of prior use. The studs used to stack the boxes were still installed on some of them as well as cracked and chip pieces.Update! Initially, I gave this a two star because the shoe organizers were used with chipped parts. After talking to Amazon representative, a new box was sent right away with brand new items inside. These shoe organizers are pleasing to the eye and very sturdy. I will be purchasing again when I add more shoes to my collection, lol!
