I couldn’t be happier with the HQUA PN04DC lighting system! The colors are vibrant, the brightness is incredible, and the RGBW options create beautiful effects that completely transform the pool at night. The setup was straightforward, and the remote/APP control makes switching colors and modes super easy. The build quality feels solid and durable, and it works flawlessly every time. Our backyard now looks like a luxury resort. I highly recommend!

Great light. I had an electrician install.

After many disappointing experiences buying products designed and made in China, I'm happy to say this one is a refreshing exception. This product is well designed, made from what seem to be premium materials, complete with detailed and well thought out instructions. The LED power supplies are made by Meanwell - a well respected Taiwanese power supply maker, which was a pleasant surprise). It was relatively easy to install (hardest part was removing the old light which had a stripped screw holding it), and a breeze to connect to the app. Alexa integration was also easy, with Alexa being able to understand and execute commands such "turn pool light blue", or "turn pool light to 10%" (10% meaning brightness in this case). All-in-all, so far so good. Only hope I continue to be impressed.

WOW! The product looks great and was installed by a qualified electrician. Although I have yet to fill the pool because I have drained the pool to make other repairs. Everything works better than expected. I have a 10 to 12 thousand gallon play pool with 5 1/2 foot deep middle and the brightness and array of colors makes me excited! The remote works well and the connection to our wifi was a breeze. Overall, I could not be more pleased at this time 🙂.

My pool light kept tripping the GFI. It’s a 120v 250 watt halogen bulb. There was water inside the light dome. Not good. This new fixture is a 12v (Equivalent of 150 watt in brightness) while only using 15 watts. Multicolor light with remote, controller and transformer included. The fixture was smaller than the original leaving plenty of room for the extra cord in the niche. The cord was smaller in diameter making the installation thru the conduit easier. Very good value in terms of cost, economical 15 watts vs 250 watts, can change color, and operated with a remote. Win - win.

I own a small pool repair buisness and this is a great option if you dont want to spend $1500 for name brand lights. Beware that these lights are 12v and will have to run on the transformer provided. The transformer and light controller is a bit bulky so you will need alot of room in your automation box if pulling multiple lights. If you dont have automation and have light switches you will need to add a very large junction box to hold the transformer and light controller.

It worked right for about 3 days. Then malfunctioned all it does is bright white and and red now. I looked at videos on youtube and all the reviews. The HQUA-PN04DC is a bad product. So many people regretting buying it struggling with it before they figure out it is broken and malfunctioning. I would say 'do not purchase this product it is junk'. I do not know what to do, Amazon has no other pool light options and I do not want to pay 1100 dollars at Leslies for one from them. I made the mistake of ordering a second one to install in someone else's pool for them when the install went so well for me. So now I have two of these worthless lights I have to I guess return to Amazon. Never buy HQUA again.
