Great Potty Training book
No More Nappies is a lovely lift-the-flap book that's perfect for little ones starting their potty journey. The illustrations are bright and engaging, and the interactive flaps keep children interested. It gently encourages the use of a potty in a fun, positive way. Overall, a great introductory story to help make potty training less daunting for young children.

A Potty Training Lifesaver!
We picked up No More Nappies as we were gearing up for potty training, and it’s been a total game-changer. The book is bright, cheerful, and incredibly reassuring for both kids and parents. My little one immediately connected with the characters, and the gentle storyline helped normalise the whole process from saying goodbye to nappies to celebrating potty success. The flaps are sturdy and interactive, which kept my toddler engaged and excited to turn each page. What I especially appreciate are the practical tips sprinkled throughout for parents and like how to encourage independence and handle accidents with patience. It’s not just a story; it’s a supportive guide wrapped in a fun, child-friendly format. We’ve read it countless times, and it’s helped build confidence and spark conversations about using the potty. If you’re starting the potty training journey, this book is a must-have on your shelf!

Fantastic to introduce to potty training
A lovely board book with various flaps, ‘up and down’ slides and ‘spinny’ bits (like the washing machine). My little boy is suspected on the spectrum and we have tried many ways to get him to communicate he needs the potty. We put two and two together and his love for books linked to trying to sit him on the potty for longer. He now has this book set to one side and when he sits on the potty we read it together. He will sometimes sit a good 5mins on his own too reading it after we have and managed to get a couple of wee’s from him! Which we celebrate, go wash our hands (and in the process of printing a free pampers potty training chart you can print via their website and will buy some star stickers). The book even has small tips at the bottom of each page parents. Main thing is getting him on the potty 10mins after snacks, drinks and dinners and then celebrating the wee’s (and hopefully poos) he does and following with the hand wash and chart! Brilliant book all round and will be recommending to anyone who wants pointers!

Really helpful
I was disappointed when I first received this book as there's not really many pages to it, but I thought it was still worth introducing to my toddler. My toddler instantly connected with the book ans enjoyed the interactive elements. Since reading this book daily, my toddler asks to sit on their potty/ tells us more when they're going. For that alone I would recommend to anyone about to start potty training their children!

Cute story but not very durable
My little girl likes reading this story and was a good way to introduce her to potty training. However the flaps and movable parts are very easily ripped, so it hasn't lasted very long.

Cute
My son loved the book and keeps asking me to read it again and again. It also motivated him to make more trips to the bathroom.

Potty training
We bought this as part of the preparation for potty training. It was entertaining and very encouraging during potty training. Although she has been potty trained last June, she still enjoys this book and still reads the story to us (from memory :))

Handy for explaining potty training to a 2yo child.
This is the first potty training book that my 2yo daughter actually liked. The pages show scenes from the potty training life of two kids and I found it crucial for my daughter to relate to. It refers to accidents, having to wait to poo, pot hygiene and to the fact that every child's transition to potty is different. So it gave me examples to talk about with my kid.
