Try it while it’s off first, as my Shiba Inu was scared to death, later got used to it. Haven’t tried the back paws yet. But he likes the warm water.Update: He still doesn’t like the idea of getting his paws washed by a ‘machine’, but once his paw is in he doesn’t really mind. I do think that the fact that the cleaner stops when pressing the button again for a higher speed is not helpful, as he thinks he’s done. Wish I could change the time when the cleaner changes direction. It’s also a pity that the automatic change of direction only works on the higher speed. The device makes hardly any noise, just a low buzzing sound. Still happy with it as it saves tonnes of tissues / baby wipes.

I ordered this paw cleaner as my dog's paws need constant washing in the wetter months due to going into the garden to use the toilet and post-walks.This paw cleaner is fantastic; it saves on the mess of trying to use a bowl and a cloth; it's quick and efficient at cleaning your dog's paws; and it gives their paws a little massage as they are getting cleaned. It has a handy handle on the side to help hold the pot in place while paws are being cleaned; this is really helpful, especially if you have a larger dog.One thing I dislike about this tool is the noise. It is quite loud, which caused my dog to initially be a bit scared of the cleaning pot, but after some positive reinforcement, my dog got used to the noise.My dog dislikes having her paws touched, so I've been working on desensitising her to this tool and giving rewards when she keeps her paw in the pot.Although this paw cleaner seems expensive, I think the benefits outweigh the cost. As a disabled dog owner, I found this cleaner to be a great accessible tool to assist me with cleaning my dog's paws.

I love using this after walks with my dog, easy to use dog doesn’t seem to mind the noise that much, only problem is the rubber bit on the lid doesn’t fit very well, and I’ve taken a star off as it would be so much better with a leak proof lid instead, but apart from that, it’s brilliant

This device stopped working after 1 month of use and only actually used it a few times. This was a waste of money, especially considering how expensive it is. I would recommend avoiding purchasing this, at least from this seller. Since the return window closed just beforehand I was not able to get refund. I would potentially reconsider in the event this is a one off and a replacement can be sent.

With the wet weather never far away and having a white dog we thought a paw cleaner would be a great tool to have. It is larger than I expected but my dog is only 13kg so maybe it is just against him it looks big.Inside the cleaner which is like a huge mug there are loads of flexible silicon bristles which rotate when you turn it on. With water in they just slide over the dogs paws and brush off any dirt. I have found it a little tricky to hold the cleaner and the dogs paw in for long enough. The on off button is on the handle so it is super easy to press when holding and its not someone extra to battle with.I think with more use he will get used to it and it will be much easier. I think it works well and is a good idea, not sure my dog agrees!

It's been a lifesaver for me and my dog, especially during the muddy and snowy months. It's so easy to use - just fill the reservoir with water, turn it on, and place your dog's paw in the cup. The soft silicone bristles gently clean each paw, and the water is automatically recycled so you don't have to waste any. It's also cordless and rechargeable, so you can use it anywhere. My dog loves it too! He used to hate getting his paws washed, but now he sits patiently and waits for his turn. I highly recommend this product to any dog owner!
