I found if I put the strap over my chin and strapped it very tightly then it did keep my mouth closed, but it was extremely uncomfortable and impossible to sleep, plus it moved my jaw backwards, towards My throat, wheres all the advice I’ve read says you need to move your jaw forwards to open the throat. The result with this product for me is that it restricted breathing and I found it harder to breathe through my nose.

These clips are absolutely amazing. I've got really long, thick hair and have always had trouble finding clips that could hold it up and stay but these do the job brilliantly. I would definitely recommend for anyone with long, thick or curly hair and to hairdressers. And the reason there is one missing I the pic is because it's in my hair lol

Unfortunately, this item did not work so I was told by my partner very uncomfortable to wear gave it plenty of time to get used to. It should’ve returned it reallyI was hoping it would solve the problem obviously I will keep looking

Quality of the product is good. Comfortable fit, well made.Unfortunately after trying several nights to use it didn't prevent snoring which was the aim of the purchase.

This barely fits on my head, I am a Medium size helmet on my motorcycle helmet and have an average sized head. This was VERY tight and uncomfortable to the point I woke up with a headache even adjusted to it's largest possible point, I can't imagine people with large or extra large heads using this. No good, it also catches on your hair if you have longer hair. Try something else.
