Late-2013 Apple iMac with 1600Mhz Intel Core i5 (27-Inch, 8GB RAM, 1TB Hard Drive) (Renewed)

First off, the important: This is NOT the "NEWEST" of the iMacs, contrary to the title of this product listing. This specific version is a late 2013 model.This is of great quality despite being refurbished. I literally have seen no signs of use (it probably hasn't been used at all). I like that this came installed with OS X Yosemite. It was a personal decision that I downloaded and installed El Capitan though. Furthermore, I tested all the USB and cable ports, and they all work like charm. The built-in webcam works, too. The wifi is good. Graphics are crisp and sharp. Really, no signs of it being used. I am actually impressed and do not regret making this purchase. It feels as though I bought a brand new product. To top it all, it came with a clean, new iMac box and not some old packaging.I would highly recommend buying from this seller being that the product is very impressive overall. The huge monitor is such a statement. Oh, for some who do not know; a "27-inch" actually means 25-inches in height, about 17-inches in length. The 27-inches is for when measured diagonally. Also, mine came with a wireless keyboard (not to be confused with magic keyboard) and a magic mouse 1. Both are wireless and is automatically read by the iMac upon first use. The computer will guide you in the process when you first turn this on.I have attached photos so you could see the actual product and its measurements. Lastly, this product arrived on time. I can't leave less than one star, or I would. I purchased this iMac "Certfied Refurbished" computer for Christmas. Long story short--it never worked. After much back and forth, the hard drive was bad, the power supply was bad and the logic board was bad. The Apple service center wants $800 to fix the computer I just paid over $1200 for. It never worked correctly due to all of the issues. 6Ave doesn't care and told me there's nothing they could do to help me because their "system" doesn't allow it. It's not under warranty because I didn't buy through Apple. Apple shows this computer was purchased long long ago (original owner likely). I'm picking up the computer today from the service center to throw it away (I told them not to fix it--I'm not going to spend another $800 for a lemon). 6Ave told me I'm out of luck because I didn't tell them in 30 days (I got it on Black Friday and Christmas was 30 days later.) Then they told me they would have done something for me if I reported it to them within 90 days--it was 96 days when I went back to 6Ave asking for a refund (I'd been working with Apple service from the start.) Needless to say, this is one of those life lessons I won't forget. Horrible experience all around. Will never buy from an Amazon Reseller again.

$800 paperweight! NOT NOT NOT Apple certified/warranted as it is advertised. The “magic” mouse and keyboard are not paired to the device and there is no way TO pair them without having another mouse and keyboard to plug into the computer. The mouse is cracked. A key is missing from the keyboard. And all of this was on the REPLACEMENT unit because the first one sent to me was missing parts and non functioning

Even the seller Kanga Suppy doesn’t care we didn’t get what was advertised. False advertisement on their Mac ad!!!

After reviewing a lot of iMac computers on Amazon I honed in on this iMac ME088LL/A Intel Core i5-4570 X4 3.2GHz 16GB memory 1TB HD 27",Silver (Certified Refurbished). I'm using it to record music with a few different DAW's (Digital Audio Workstation's). Music is a hobby and passion I have enjoyed since I was young. I've found this iMac to be able to do what I need it for and so far...so good!! I have upgraded to High Sierra OS and not a problem using the programs I use as mentioned. I wanted/needed the large 27" screen as my (older eyes) need all the help I can get. I have recorded with various plugins for guitar/keyboard and this iMac never blinks. I purchased it from a vendor (wish I could remember their name) in California through Amazon and they did an excellent job with the shipping/packing and the included Apple mouse and keyboard and everything works as it should. Honestly I have no complaints about my purchase and am grateful to Amazon and the vendor in California for having a great experience in purchasing it and really enjoying it. I purchased this 27” iMac to replace my 2011 iMac when the video card failed. I like this 2013 version, it’s lighter and twice as fast as my old one. It was shipped well packaged and no visible wear & tear. Excellent condition and ready to use. Because this was a reconditioned unitI also purchased the 4-year service warranty in case I have any issues. I immediately set-up and started checking the system updates and avpplicatins upgrade to my own software purchases.I’m impressed with the processor speed and beauty of the retinal screen sharpness. The price of this iMac was very competitive. I would buy from this vendor again.

Arrived couple days ago. Quick setup and everything worked seamlessly till the next day. Pop up message "USB Accessories Disable" kept coming no mater what. Spoke to Amazon Tech and Apple tech to resolve issue. Both are really helpful to guide me tips to get rid of the message but apparently it is hardware malfunction. Shame that I will have to return this beauty back tomorrow.Great product with small little issue. Great customer services from Apple and Amazon. Please making sure not happening again.Thanks.

Very pleased with iMac. Suppied keyboard and mouse not ideal, but have genuine Apple ones to use instead of those supplied. Very happy to recommend this seller.
