Late arrival & did not last
After never showing up I had reorder battery pack. The connectors on end of wire were a bit smaller than OEM. Had to use 2 pair of needle nose plyers to make connection. Aside from that it seems ok. Had a surface charge so was able to test it works. Waiting on it to fully charge now.Battery didn't even last 2 months. No longer holds a charge. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!Update. After contacting company I was sent a replacement at no charge. Hopefully this will last & just had a defective battery. Time will tell.

At first when I received the battery, it charged great. 3 months in and it doesn’t charge anymore.

how to operate the product.
This battery did not fit into my hand held vacuum as the description indicated.I was going to be charged $12.00 to return to Amazon. I contacted Amazon regarding this issue and nothing was resolved. I still have the battery that I can't use.

Poor quality and failure
Bought one of these battery packs as a exact replacement for the expired one we had. Perfect match but- after a couple of charge cycles, it went totally flat. would not take a charge. JUNK! Contacted the seller, no response.

Battery pack was defective
Battery pack was defective and would not hold a charge. I had to return it for a refund. However, Kastar was quite helpful when I needed to return the item, including refunding the return postage.
