The only reason I’m giving these shoes two stars is because they really are beautiful. We bought these for our daughter to wear to a ballet and she loved them. After walking through the theater for ten minutes she was crying that she couldn’t walk. The shoe actually cut her foot and she had to go shoeless for the rest of the night.

My daughter is between a 12 and 13 in shoes and she couldn't get the 12's zipped. We went ahead and ordered the 13 and they fit perfectly. I would say they run a little on the snug size so if they're in between, go the next size up.

my daughter has a narrow foot, so a little big. not too big where she can't still wear them, though... just not the most comfortable for walking for long. they get a little dirty quickly due to the soft outer material, so they require frequent washing with a damp cloth. that's kind of a pain. but otherwise, my daughter really loves these and wears them often.

I ended up having to return these because they were just a little too tight for my daughter. I was so disappointed they didn't fit because they are so freaking cute! They are even cuter in person and feel really quality. I was under a time crunch for these or otherwise I would have repurchased because I was happy with the quality.

The shoes are beautiful, but very stiff and they run quite narrow/small. I had ordered up a size (11 vs the 10-10.5 my daughter actually is right now) with the hope of having room to grow. These were already tight across the toes on her. Too bad as they're quite stylish. Might be a good option for a child with narrow feet, though!

The shoe itself seems to run a little bit large in our case (I ordered 3 pair for my 3 daughters), and all 3 have weirdly gapping/too big straps that make them look weird when worn. I probably wouldn't buy these again for that reason, but I also bought an adult version (not sure if same brand, but was on amazon too) and they are adorable and fit me perfectly.
