Dove Serum Body Wash Hydration Boost actively drenches dry skin with Hyaluronic Acid Serum 18.5 Fl Oz

Skin concerns: 40s, sensitive, dry in a dry climate. Rarely any body acne. I’m really enjoying this body wash so far. I can tell the difference in how my skin feels, so it is effective for me. The reason I purchased this is that I’ve discovered squalane oil and how great it is for my facial routine, and having a product for my body that also contains it is fantastic. There’s a nice dense lather to it when used without a puff, more bubbles when you do. It’s a really nice texture either way you use it. Theirs is a bit of a scent that I’m not overly fond of, but it doesn’t linger, it’s only when using it. It’s not unpleasant, but it doesn’t ring my bell. This has not given me any acne as a result of using it, so at least for me it is something I will continue to use. I feel it is more effective than Bioderma’s shower oil, though I don’t know the pH level of this product, so for some this might not be a product they feel comfortable purchasing if pH is a concern for your skin. Use what works for you! I’m not necessarily sold on Dove products, as my husband developed hives that took cortisone to heal after using their spray deodorant. We don’t know the root cause of that, but it was very bad. I hadn’t stopped to think of that risk by purchasing this, but so far I haven’t experienced any sensitivity. I don’t know if he uses this, I haven’t asked his shower habits! But for me so far, I’ve been fine and liking the effects. The spout on this is flat, and I haven’t noticed any dry stubs forming, which is nice, I never like that when a product does form one, it’s just kinda gross. So this is a desirable trait. I live where it is very dry, so that is something I encounter a lot from various body care products. I have noticed the bottle shape is slipping off my tub side when I press the spigot sometimes, so be prepared for that. I use moisturizer after showers so I can’t really speak to the longevity, though on days I skip that, I feel this is hydrating enough that I don’t super miss having used moisturizer. So, it does what it says and does last through 24 hours. Currently absolutely a 5/5. I’m not sure it is my holy grail body wash, but I will use the whole bottle happily, not using it only out of obligation to not waste product, a thing I don’t do.

I am on my 9th bottle of this body wash. I tend to like most Dove body washes, but this one has become my favorite. It immediately hydrates and stop my skin from becoming tight or itchy, which I need in the colder weather. It has a soft, very light scent and the texture is creamy. The price point can't be beat. Definitely a win!

Beautiful and Perfect for dry skin on elderly people. It will work basically for anyone that has dry skin. The smell is not strong to affect you. The fragrance is gentle and mild. I think the pump is a great idea and this pump is super easy to use when you press down lightly it comes out just right. The cream comes out like Serum just as it's called Serum. The Price is nice. Although I wouldn't eat it because the taste would be awful and make you sick. That was just listed in the ideas of the review so AI isn't great with the idea part because who would eat body wash? It's a lovely gift item to give someone older. The size is perfect. Altogether this is Great!

Love the scent and feel of my skin after using. Does a great job of cleaning by body and moisturizing it during these winter months. Great bottle size for the money.

Just started using this product. Seems to be doing ok at this point. I believe it has to be used long term to make difference. I would prefer if they came out with an unscented/fragrance free though. Flower smell is a bit much for me, hence the 4 stars. Skin feels soft and a little less dryer, which I wanted a lot less dryer. Time will tell.

This is a household favorite, the lather that you get from this moisturizing soap is amazing. Not like your average body wash. Long lasting freshness and keeps the bathroom smelling therapeutic. This keeps my skin from drying out and provides additional moisture during the day.

I was not expecting to write a review about body wash..but here I am. I have dry skin but I also have KP on my arms, thighs etc. It's hard finding something that is moisturizing and smooths my bumbs out. Over the past year I have tried SO many soaps and body washes. Anything that was under $15 and that was recommended I tried - Dr teal, dove, aveeno, method, raw, ogx, handmade soaps, I even attempted a DiY version. None of the brands were repeats except for dr. Teals, but it didn't moisturize me enough. I saw this on Amazon and the reviews look great so I gave it a try. Omg, it works so well!! I will update this in a month and then again a few months down the line so I can share If I still like it and how long it lasts. For now, I'm in love. My skin feels SO SOFT! it feels soft the next day too. You only need A LITTLE BIT. The pump pushes out quite a bit. I've found that I can do my whole body for 1-2 pumps (make sure to get your loofah/ hands/ washcloth wet and then lather prior to putting it in your body). The picture I posted was just one pump. It sudsied up most of my body with 1 pump. - I can use it on my face. My face felt great and so far hasn't caused any sensitivity or breakouts. I will update it if it does - My skin FEELS HYDRATED! - my skin isn't squeaky or tight feeling. That used to happen alot with bar soap/ other brands - I'm soft. And that's special to me. Thanks to my glorious keratosis Polaris lol. I don't have soft skin in many parts of my body. It's nice to finally feel that. It kind of creates a barrier. - smells good! It's light, simple and not overpowering. A nice jasmine scent - hyaluronic acid brings moisture and bounce to your skin - squalene is wonderful for skin. It hydrates itself and is an occlusive *(check out these ingredients for face moisturizers. My skin was so dry until I added in Hyaluronic acid, squalene and beta glucan - the pump is my favorite feature. I drop stuff all of the time esp in the shower. It's nice to have a one hand option. Ooh also, pair this with a hyaluronic acid moisturizer and/ or a ceramide moisturizer. The combo is perfect. I'm working on finding a good moisturizer that also has those ingredients. If I find one, I'll edit and share. I'll be back to update my reviews and add some photos. I'm intrigued to see how long this will last. I'm hoping a long time. Hope this helped!!

I am so happy finally, this product is really good for very dry skin. It works as it describe. I have dry skin especially after shower but now the dry skin is less. It is also improve the skin. I highly recommend this product. Even the delivery is fast.Try it and you will know

Arrived quickly, in tact well packed PROS: light scented, slightly thicker body wash, in a pump bottle. One pump delivers good portion of wash that lathers up and goes on smoothly with a bath scrungie. Rinses cleans. CONS:- none OUTCOME:- I have found this extra moisturizing formula does leave the skin softer, with a lighter scent and with a bubbly floofy lather better than the Dove Deep Moisturizer Body Wash I normally use. A 547ml pump container that sits even on the side of the tub and a little pricer but worth trying. Recommend-:-definately

This is my absolute favorite Dove soap ever. It smells like hydrating body butter. Im not sure I can describe it well enough, but it smells fresh! High quality bottle as expected with Dive brand. You could definitely reuse this bottle. I wish it came in a larger format. This will last me 3 weeks (I take 1-2 showers per day). Leave skin feeling ultra soft, hydrated and youll smell extremely good afterwards :)

I really love this body wash! Firstly the amount you get for the price is amazing! I also really love that it has a pump which makes it really easy to use and I don't have to worry about dropping it or chipping my nail polish. Secondly, I love the product itself! As someone with super dry skin, but can't sacrifice my hot showers, this body wash has made a noticeable improvement on my skin! I used to always get itchy, flaky, tight skin, even with the use of lotion, but when I switched over to this body wash, I haven't had that problem. The feel of this body wash is like butter, it is very rich and fluffy/soft feeling, I really like it! I also appreciate it being scent-free as I use so many other products with scents, so it's nice not to worry about scents clashing or being overwhelming!

Smells great and my skin feels so much softer. I really like this for the colder months since it brings some much needed moisture to the skin
