I have been looking for some sandals not too high since all mine are 6", and I had an accident (using flats at the moment), but my tibia broke in 4 parts, so I don't have any decent shoes except the 6" ones, since I wear a lot of green clothes, decided to try this one. They are perfect for my size, and they feel good. I don't love the elastic on the closure but it may be helpful not sure. Very Comfortable. Anyway, I hope this one's starting getting me to the 6' I love so much :))

This little dress shoe is actually comfortable! The toe box is on the wider side so it didn’t pinch my bunions and the rise between the heel and platform is small. I literally danced all evening in these heels at a party and my feet didn’t hurt!

These shoes are now my favorite go to shoe for church. Perfect fit. The heel is not too high. Very comfortable. I purchased the black. Reasonable price. Will purchase again in other colors.

First, an apology to all the other reviewers who were complaining about the buckle. Honestly I thought, it CAN'T be that bad. Boy was I wrong. You've got to hand it to whoever designed this buckle - take something that works and change it up just enough to make it utterly ridiculous. I watched the video (yes, they make it look easy!), read people's comments, looked at the pics and still I was sweating and cursing trying to get these on. (Well, it is August in the southern U.S. but still...) SO bizarre. I had to adjust the strap to the very last (longest) hole and it was still tough to maneuver. Once it clicks into place, viola!, I had to shorten/tighten the strap. I guess I'm going to wear these forever now. I can't even imagine wrestling these off. My dog is no help, I tried. ;) All that said... the color (green, for me) was vibrant and very cool. They will make great holiday shoes. They really are comfortable, as many have said, and I have not worn any kind of heel regularly for years (freelance writer, work from home!) I'll update after I wear them a bit (which, as I said, might be the only shoe I wear from now on, as I won't be able to get them off.) Again, apologies for doubting all the strap naysayers. You were, indeed, correct about how dumb this closure is!
