Not enough in depth information for a beginner. There needs to be more information about nicotine, PG/VG and flavours. Theres no information about equipment needed to mix or the hazard of using nicotine other than on page 3. As this book is aimed at the beginner and copyright 2015 it lacks in all the basics. The recipes are in ml with drops and % to make 10ml of liquid but seem to be based only on the author's preferences with no hints or tips to adjust the mixing of flavour percentage or nicotine percentage to your own taste. The maths of mixing are not explained and the author does not point the beginner to any of the free e-juice calculator on the internet. There needs to be at least a page about vaping equipment and why someone using an ego pen may use 24mg nicotine base and someone sub ohming may use 6mg base nicotine. Also a page on safe use of nicotine as its a poison and irritant that has no antidote. All in all this book read like an enthusiastic friend telling you something but missing half the story in their enthusiasm. I can not recommend this book to a beginner. It was disappointing as I purchased this for someone thinking of starting to make their own e-juice.
