Great coco/perlite 70/30mix, nice and fluffy triple washed, and pH balanced. Ready to use out of the bag it’s perfect. A lot easier than rehydrating your own brick and adding your own stuff. Not to mention having to wait for it to dry out after washing it until runoff is clear.

Great product for seed starting

Way better than Fox farm. This mix has been washed very well. No rocks, no wood parts like that of Fox farm. Would recommend this mix over all others. My plants were extremely happy in it.
