They customized it well. However quality is not upto the mark. The metal logo is bigger then the width of the leather fiber.

It's a custom key holder, it's unique n odly satisfying. The quality is very good, I like it. The leather feels n looks good, the charm is excellent(so many options to choose from), the stitching is good(no irregularities/damage)I will order again for my loved ones soon....
