This product really helps me relax and get a good night's sleep. Sometimes I forget to take it and I can really tell the next morning. I just don't feel as refreshed. I work in a hospital and my work schedule changes frequently. This product helps me relax to go to sleep ( Even if that is at 6 p.m). It also tastes great. I'm getting ready to buy my second bottle.

The flavor is delicious and I feel like my sleep has been better since I started using these drops, but I've only been using them for around two weeks now and the bottle is nearly empty. It claims that it should last a month if you're taking the recommended dose daily, which I am, but it seems to only last half that amount of time. Not sure if the issue is the amount of product in the bottle, or maybe the dropper is inaccurate? Either way, I think I'll be sticking with this brand regardless because of how much I like the flavor and because they're organic which most other brands I saw were not.

I have been taking these drops for a few months now and they work. About 30 minutes to an hour after taking them I feel very calm and relaxed. I take my drops right before bed and I sleep better than I do without the drops. I fall asleep immediately without tossing and turning and I have a deeper sleep than without. Also, I wake up feeling refreshed and not groggy or disoriented like sleeping medication makes me feel. I absolutely recommend this product!

Good product

So it's kinda sweet, so wash your mouth before bed. I take it at nights before bed, so I really helps me to fall asleep , I've also increase bowel movement so I lose weight a bit easier . I dislike that I have to use the vacuum suction 4 times for a dosage, lol. But this is important , I would recommend not to use it everyday , maybe every other day. If you have a verified diet, or love avocados, and have them often, do not accidentally OD your body, just use it moderately. I'll always renew , it's a welcomed addition to my life, now to find one for potassium 😑 like this.

I’ve ordered this 3 times total. First 2 times, it was clear color with light water like consistency. This time, it came in broken dropper, dark brown color with very sticky texture and strange taste that kind of numbs your tongue.

I have tried a few magnesium supplements & so far this produce exceeds magnesium drinks & pills. I use the pineapple flavor & like it - not to strong, not too light. My only critique is the dropper doesn't work for the recommended dosage & I find the dropper hard to read. I used a glass measurable shot size glass to figure out the proper dropper dosage. Still would like the dropper to be easier to measure the nightly dose. But giving the product 4 stars bc I do believe it works well, especially on an empty stomach, to help w/ sleep.

I feel it is helping me with my sleep issues and has an added benefit of helping to keep your bowels regular. I wish the dosage wasn't 2ml cause you go through it so quickly. The dropper isn't the best. It is maxed-out at 1ml and it will only draw up .5 ml at once. I bought small 2ml syringes to draw it up better.The taste is nice and I enjoy it in plain cold water or in a seltzer. It goes down easily. I'm going to try cutting the dose down to 1ml per night and see if I can get the same results.
