Mom Multi Postnatal Vitamins with Omega 3 DHA, Iron, & Collagen

I was almost 5 months postpartum when I happened upon these. I noticed a difference around day 4 and more on day 5. I was struggling with debilitating exhaustion from lack of sleep with a newborn and a toddler. If it helps, I have always taken supplements. I was previously on a prenatal and vitamin D. I cant explain how, I'm still tired but no longer debilitating. I also feel more like myself in many ways. I would like to continue to buy these, I feel so much better with them. One thing to note, I burped the fish oil first 3 days and afterwards that effect went away. I'm very sensitive to omega and normally break out in horrible cystic acne when I consume it. I have not had a single break out other than the smaller and occassional zit or two ( to be expected postpartum). They are pricey but worth it in my opinion. The pouch makes taking them a breeze. Give them a try, so worth it!

I could not say better things about this vitamin! I’m currently six months postpartum and was just feeling like I was lacking and always tired. I also suffered from pretty bad postpartum hair loss and can say that I have seen significant growth since starting these vitamins and also a change in my skin and just overall well-being. They are a little bit pricey but honestly, it’s worth it for the daily pack, the packaging also makes it very easy to just set up at your sink and grab one every single day so you don’t forget. I also did a comparison of ingredients with this brand and others that I was considering on ChatGPT and can’t say that this has everything that I feel a postpartum mom would need.

I’ve tried lots of prenatal supplements, none did it for me till this one. The others left me feeling deprived and like I was so low on everything including energy. This one has made me feel amazing! Hair is growing so fast and I honestly feel so good being on these, I noticed my milk began to get more cream too. Which was way nice because before I didn’t have much cream! Doesn’t have a taste, easy to swallow. I personally think the ingredients in this are way better than others, just overall great quality and with every penny! I started using this postpartum and wish I had it way sooner!

Been taking these for 3 months- I am losing hair(5 months pp) but I feel like it’s helping keep the strength for both my hair and nails, also helped clear up my skin. Packaging came destroyed twice but this last time these sent it to me wrapped and intact. I feel like one of the better pp vitamins- they also recently partnered with coterie(which I think gives credibility)

I used the prenatals and loved them, ordered the multi support pack and had been taking them regularly postpartum. I forgot to order a new pack and went a week without taking them and had a noticeably harder time staying focused and keeping my cool. Was surprised to find it actually helps and isn’t just to say I’m taking a multi. Love the ease of the individual packs and that the don’t try to cram little bits of everything into one pill.

Been loving these postpartum! Just wish they would add a choline pill and a probiotic and then it would be just perfect! However, been loving what is in them! Will continue to take throughout my breastfeeding journey.
