I purchased this electric knife to replace my old knife that had died. I like the way the handle looks and the fact that it is a cordless knife. The quality is better then the one I had before. It has a safety lock and the grip is comfortable to hold. The knife is easy to use and I like that it has stainless steel blades. I had it since last year and it works well. I feel it is a good price for the money. If you need a cordless electric knife I would recommend trying this one.

***Editing review and changed from 3 stars to 1: More problems than just the length of the blades...video added below. The knife worked pretty well at first, but only about three weeks later and I am seeing a marked decrease in the battery life. When I first got the knife I could get through at least 2 and a half, sometimes even 3 full loaves of bread before losing a significant amount of battery power. Now I can't even get through a full loaf on a full charge. I'm hoping I can still return for a refund. I bake 4 loaves every time, and charging the knife between each loaf turns a 20 minute job into a 4 hour plus job. Not happy at all with it! So disappointed... I love that it is cordless, and the storage box is compact. The battery seems to last a decent amount of time. The biggest issue I have is that the blades are pretty short. I'm keeping it because, for the price, this is my solution for cutting my homemade soudough bread, but even cutting sandwich loaves, it is barely long enough to do a good job. I think if I was carving a large turkey it would also be an issue. If the blades were even one inch longer, preferably an inch and a half, it would make all the difference in the world. The "effective cutting" length (the serrated part of the blades is 7 inches.

Good quality knife in a nice carrying case. Easy to grip. Blades are nice and sharp. Definitely worth the money

I bought this to replace my old electric knife but before the holidays come up, I tested this on a whole chicken, brisket, tritip, beef round and even pork loin. I didn't attempt this on fish, just because of how fragile that can be. However, the meat I did test this electric knife on, not only did it cut through but it sliced through all of the meat I mentioned above and it cut through all of it like nothing. Even though none of it was tough meat, this knife cut through all of it as if I was using a butter knife on room temperature butter. The knife itself is really comfortable to hold and with just a press of a button, I turn it off and on. There is another button that I can press that releases the blade which makes this easier to clean. I haven't tried this on fresh baked bread but will be doing that this coming weekend. If there are any problems with that, I will definitely come back and update this review, but so far, no issues.

Its ok. Definitely underpowered, shoukd have went woth a corded one. The safety feature dosent work very well on both ends. Starts and stops intermittentingly. Will continue to run even when its laid down. Gets SUPER slippery when you are mid chopping.

I really like the advantage of being cordless. In the past, I have always had to deal with making sure the cord was not in the way, it would get tangled and seemed to restrict me from getting the correct angle when carving meat (specifically, turkey). This is not an issue any longer and works great and would highly recommend. The only drawback is it seems the plastic knobs on the knives. Appears to be cheaply made, so I have a little reservation about how long it will be before they crack and break. These are not required to operate the knife but should be in place/attached for safety. I would avoid placing these in the dish washer to help ensure the longevity.

Bought it and returned it. It did not have power to cut through a beef roast. Another problem is that the knife keep shutting off. I wanted to buy a cordless cause when you use a corded one, the power cable sometimes get in the way and when you are done with the cutting you need to clean the cord too. In the end I used a regular knife to cut the beef roast. The maker needs to gives it more power, the blade needs to be sharper and fix the problem of the power keep shutting off. Bottom line, this product is really not ready for prime time. Please don't waste your time and buy this useless product. When you send it back, you can not return it via Whole Food Amazon counter. You need to send it back and in a package container via UPS. A total headache. The only positive thing for the one star is that it did come in a nice plastic box for storage. Time to shop for one that actually works.

Excellent knife — I really liked it! It works quietly, feels comfortable in the hand, and is very lightweight. The blades are sharp and easily cut everything — from bread and rolls to meat and turkey. I especially liked that the knife is cordless: nothing gets in the way, you can use it anywhere, and the battery lasts a long time. Another big plus is the Type-C charging. The storage case is also very convenient — all the parts stay neatly in place. Great quality for the price. Highly recommend!

Points positifs • Coupe nette et régulière : tranches fines de rosbeef sans effort, fonctionne aussi sur pain et volaille. • Sécurité à la poignée : dès qu’on relâche la gâchette, les lames s’arrêtent net c'est très rassurant près des enfants. • Lames dentelées en acier qui s’emboîtent facilement (voir photo 3). • Boîte rigide fournie pour tout ranger, câble USB-C inclus (voir photo 2). • Prise en main confortable, boutons bien placés (voir photo 4). • Sans fil : on découpe directement au centre de la table sans s’emmêler. Points en retrait : • il faudrait un indicateur de charge avec plusieurs niveau. Conclusion / verdict Pour qui cherche un couteau électrique sans fil fiable pour la viande (rosbeef, rôti, volaille) et le pain, ce couteau fait bien le job. La sécurité intégrée à la poignée et la recharge USB-C en font un bon compagnon de cuisine au quotidien.

This item was bought on Amazon Australia, for delivery and use in Australia. Nowhere on it's advertisement pages does it state or show that it has a U.S. power plug. I new have to spend extra to buy a converter. Not impressed.
