I am desperate. My cat has been up and down and rejecting food because she's been feeling so unwell with kidney issues. I discovered using George's inner filet aloe water) to add to anything I give to my cat. So far, she is loving this food. It's a good texture. Like a firm paste. Not bitty, not sloshy, not mousey (all textures my cat hated!) This food can be cut into little chunks which can either be mixed in with the aloe water (inner leaf water only) to make it more lappable, but also firm enough that she can pick up. I'm thrilled. She's got through a duck and is onto the chicken and I have to order more. Top tip. Scoop out the pate and place in a glass dish and cover. The metals transfer to the food upon air exposure, so keep the food as fresh and untainted as possible. Grateful to have this small amount to try first. Good luck with your beloved kitties. Our 14 year old male cat has recently been diagnosed with 3rd stage kidney disease. We cautiously purchased a few of each flavour of the Beaphar Kidney Diet as all renal diet foods are expensive, and cats being cats can be fussy eaters! No issues with the Beaphar as he wolfed down the chicken flavour and has devoured subsequent feeds of the other flavours over the past few days. Happy to continue with the Beaphar but will also be experimenting likewise with other vet diet brands.

bought as 17 year old cat has just got stage 2 kidney disease - he is a good eater so not sure if that effects that he ate this product happily and no problems - i bought 2 flavours to give it a go - i would have continued using the product as it was a humanly source meat product and the company as far as i can tell puts animal welfare throughout - only reasons not to continue is they use pork in the ingredients and i do not feed my cats meat they can not hunt naturally for in the wild - otherwise i would say give it a go - did arrive dented otherwise i would give 5* if not for my own personal reasons xt

My cat absolutely loves this ,but he's stage 4 and I made a mistake thinking this was like his renal foods ,it's not ,his heads starting smelling again ,he has porus one in mornings so I'm hoping he'll be okay ,stupid mistake 😔 5 star still ,because he loves it

My cat likes this food I have tried to get a multi pack but it sells out fast

Bought two salmon and two duck. My very fussy cat picked at the salmon but barely touched the duck, and most of the four trays went in the bin.
