The cable seems very sturdy and can handle a fast charge without heating up. The magnetic feature makes it easy for transporting it without it turning into a tangled mess. It keeps it neat and orderly for storage or transportation.

Love the fact that the cable can coil up and stays due to the magnetic aspect, and the fast charge is great.Would I recommend 1000%

Works nicely but just a bit bulky so I ordered a couple that were a bit shorter than what I would buy in a traditional cable.

I picked up some of the lighter Magtame cables recently and loved them so much that I ordered the high watt cable. The burnt plastic smell is so bad on this cable that I can’t have it on my desk and am very hesitant to pack it in my luggage. The cable itself seams fine and the smell was prior to plugging it into anything, so I’m assuming the smell is a result of the manufacturing process and not the electronics overheating.I haven’t had this problem with the other cables and I’m not sensitive to smells, so I’m hoping it’s a one-off issue.

We bought this because we thought it advertised a magnetic USB connection. Sadly it does not and I could care less whether the cable itself was magnetic and coils up. The biggest problem with USB C connections is that they're not secure on Android phones. So this is really sleight of hand marginal false advertising in the connection is not much better than other quality cables. It does fast charging but so do many others. Very disappointed.
