Works great but you’ll feel every bump
This is a nice looking scooter well worth the price even if you will feel every bump in your journey. There are probably other scooters out they that have a dampening or suspension of some sort, but for every day short commutes this is great. I haven’t driven in snow or anything yet, but handles fine in dirt and standing water. Controls are simple and easy to use. The headlight will also be nice as the sun rises later and later. Being new the battery life if just great…only time will tell how it changes. All in all a very good purchase.

DO NOT BUY
Nice scooter at first untill something goes wrong. Support is non existent. Customer service line is no longer in service and disconnected and the email line yielded no response. Had to bend over backwards to even get ahold of someone and then they were giving me the run around untill amazon got fed up with them and let me return it outside of the return window.

Bluetooth doesn't work
The scooter itself looks great, but it can't be bound to app, apparently this unit's Bluetooth has a problem, cause I tried on both iPhone and android phone, followed all the troubleshooting steps, nothing worked.The client support doesn't help at all either, I sent an email explained the problem in details and what I have tried, and asked if they can provide a way to reset to factory setting, so probably the Bluetooth might work. The client support gave me a YouTube link which just an installation video..Returned
